There isn’t much protein out there with more nutritional value than our own Pacific-caught Chinook Salmon. Smoked with a mixture of brown sugar, salt and… well other things. You’d be hard pressed to find a professional fish smoker that will tell you their secret recipe. You can mix this smoked salmon in cream cheese, add jalapeños if you’d like and spread on a bagel or crackers.
