Tuna in any form is one of our top sellers. This one’s easy: Brush the fish with your choice of soy sauce and a dab of sesame oil or lemon juice and black pepper. Then wrap it completely in tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or so. Many like it rare, but it’s up to you. Top it with salsa of any kind. Or try it a la nicoise and create a take on the traditional salad of Southern France by adding boiled potatoes, tomatoes and green beans. It’s also great with spaghetti.
