The 16/20 means 16 to 20 individual shrimp per pound of shrimp. Because they live off the coast of Patagonia, these shrimp have a particular diet that packs them with flavor and gives them a texture that many compare to Maine Lobster. This also makes them easier to peel than other shrimp. These are perfect in some shrimp scampi. You can also just simply sauté in butter, lemon and garlic for an added kick of protein to a salad or steak.
